Custom products are manufactured to your specified design. We stock many compounds of various types and colours, available to produce the perfect plastic extrusion. All dies can be made in-house using modern EDM (Electric Discharge Machining) wire cutters as well as a wide range of conventional equipment. Customers are able to send us computer files of their drawings by email which in turn can be loaded onto an EDM wire cutter.

We have extrusion lines with a maximum output of 300 Kg per hour. That's enough capacity for 570 miles of standard channel section a month.
