CNC EDM Wire Cutting Tooling is produced using a modern EDM (Electric Discharge Machining) wire cutter as well as a wide range of conventional equipment.

Customers are able to send us *.dxf files of their drawings, either by posting a floppy disk or by email. This in turn can be loaded onto the EDM wire cutter.

Extruding


We have 6 lines of extruders with a maximum output of 300 Kg per hour. That's enough capacity for 570 miles of standard channel section a month. Extruder Lines


Materials

We always carry a wide range of plastic compounds both rigid, flexible and U.V. stabilised for external work, or standard for internal or domestic type extrusions.
